According to Yul Edochie, he recently visited Obi Cubana at his site in Asaba to discuss a few matters. He revealed that after their discussion, the businessman told his team that the actor would own a house there.

Yul said the gesture came unexpectedly and noted that it reflects what Obi Cubana has been doing for many years quietly.

He described the businessman as a true Igbo king and leader, adding that a true leader invests in his people and builds his people.
