The governor of Anambra State, Prof. Chukwuma Charles Soludo, has released the official schedule for activities marking his second-term swearing-in ceremony.
Soludo shared the announcement on his verified Instagram page, @ccsoludo, stating that preparations are underway for the inauguration and related events.
According to the schedule, the activities will begin on Sunday, March 15, 2026, with an Interdenominational Service at the International Convention Centre (ICC), Awka.
The official swearing-in ceremony will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at Dr Alex Ekwueme Square, Awka, beginning at 10:00 a.m. During the ceremony, Soludo will be sworn in for a second term alongside the deputy governor of Anambra State, Dr OnyekaChukwu Ibezim.
The activities will conclude on Sunday, March 22, 2026, with a Thanksgiving Mass at St Patrick’s Catholic Cathedral.
In his message, Soludo expressed appreciation for the trust placed in him and his deputy, adding that the administration is preparing for the next phase of development in Anambra State.
