Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has taken to her verified Instagram page, @regina.daniels, to share an emotional update concerning her brother Sammy West’s prolonged detainment in Abuja.

In her post, she revealed that her parents, whom she described as “two concluded sworn enemies”, have reunited again with no other motive than their daughter’s happiness. Regina Daniels stated that Sammy’s detainment has taken far too long, and she is prepared to personally march to Abuja herself and “create a storm” if that is what those involved truly want from her.

The actress also disclosed that her father is a lawyer who used to be one of the biggest back in the day before, according to her words, “Nigeria happened.” Regina added that she would share more details about her father later, while also praising her mother as a powerhouse and expressing appreciation for how both parents have come together in support of their children.

Regina Daniels emphasised that having her mother and father united at a time like this is all she ever wanted, as she continues to push for Sammy’s release.
