Regina Daniels’ brother, Sweezy, has raised fresh concerns regarding the continued detention of Sammy, revealing controversial details in a new update shared through his verified Instagram story @sweezzzy1.

According to Sweezy, Sammy is currently being held at Keffi Prison, yet there is still no clear statement regarding the exact offence he is being accused of. He stated that the bail application has already been filed, but the process has been halted because the Dutse Magistrate, who is supposed to sign the bail papers, has allegedly gone missing.

Sweezy claimed that Sammy was not allowed to make any phone calls after his arrest, even though he informed the authorities that his lawyers were already on their way. Instead, the judge reportedly ruled that he should be remanded until a magistrate is available to approve his bail.

He expressed worry that the delay appears intentional, as though there is a plan to make Sammy “taste the prison” before anything is resolved. He also suggested that certain powers may be influencing the situation, noting that while money may buy influence, it cannot buy integrity.
