The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has completely scattered the enemies of peace, neutralizing a huge number of terrorists and bandits in a series of devastating air strikes across the northern parts of the country.
This is not a drill!
The coordinated aerial attacks did not just kill the bad guys; they also completely leveled their hideouts, logistics hubs, and weapons storage facilities. The message is clear: Nigeria is done playing games!
The North-East Takedown: ISWAP is Crippled!
The first major target was the notorious ISWAP group operating in Borno State.
According to Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame, the NAF Spokesman, the operations—under the umbrella of Operation Hadin Kai—hit Mallam Fatori and Shuwaram very hard.
Using real-time intelligence (IRS), our air component saw ISWAP elements mobilizing with motorcycles and boats near the Lake Chad Basin.
KAI! The jets didn't waste time.
The precision strikes came down like thunder, destroying their entire network. Post-strike assessments confirmed that scores of terrorists were neutralized, and their operational capabilities were effectively crippled. Their logistics? Gone. Their mobility? Finished!
Operation Fansan Yamma: Kwara & Katsina Felt the Heat
But the Air Force did not stop in Borno. The jets immediately shifted focus to the North-West and North-Central regions under Operation Fansan Yamma.
Bandit Terror in Kwara: Done!
In Kwara State, bandits hiding in Garin Dandi and Chigogo got a terrifying surprise. Credible intelligence led NAF aircraft directly to the camps.
The strikes were so accurate and devastating that they caused immediate panic in the enemy camps, inflicting heavy losses on the criminals. No more peace for the wicked!
Kankara Kingpin Meet Your End!
Then came Katsina State. The NAF assets targeted Zango Hill in Kankara Local Government Area, which was the known hideout of a dangerous terrorist kingpin and his fighters.
Guided by actionable intelligence, the aircraft executed multiple attack passes, destroying the key logistics hubs and neutralizing several terrorists in what has been described as one of the most decisive strikes in that region’s history.
Wam Hill Engagement: No Escape!
Even more bandits were caught running!
During an Armed Reconnaissance mission covering key settlements in Zamfara, Kebbi, and Kaduna States (along the Birnin Gwari–Funtua axis), coordination with ground troops spotted suspicious movement near Wam Hill.
Terrorists on motorcycles, trying to escape, were swiftly engaged and neutralized by the aircrew.
This multi-pronged attack on November 9, 2025, has sent a powerful message to all criminal elements. Our military is highly coordinated, intelligence-driven, and ready to protect the nation's peace. The pressure is on, and the terrorists are running scared!
