Popular Nigerian chef Hilda Baci has taken to her verified Instagram page, @hildabaci, to proudly celebrate another remarkable milestone in her career as she officially becomes a two-time Guinness World Record holder.
In the newly released celebration photos posted on Instagram, the chef was seen standing in a modern kitchen environment, smiling joyfully as she held two framed Guinness World Record certificates placed in front of her. According to the certificates displayed in the photos, one record is for the Longest Cooking Marathon (Individual), which she achieved in Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria, while the second certificate confirms her record for the Largest Serving of Nigerian-Style Jollof Rice, which was also accomplished in Lagos.
Hilda accompanied the photos with a scriptural caption from Isaiah 61:7, stating that instead of shame, she has now received a double portion and that everlasting joy will be her inheritance.
Her post immediately drew massive attention online as fans, celebrities and supporters rushed to her comment section to congratulate her. Many hailed her resilience, consistency and boldness, noting that her success continues to bring global pride to Nigeria.
This new confirmation officially places Hilda Baci among the very rare Nigerians who currently hold two different Guinness World Record titles at the same time — a feat many describe as one of the most inspiring achievements in the country’s culinary history.
