A Female Hotel Guest Raped Me and Told Me to Clean Up and Leave My Room” — Nsude Recounts Disturbing Experience
A Nigerian man identified as Nsude has shared a harrowing account of his encounter with a female hotel guest who allegedly assaulted him during a visit.
According to Nsude, the woman, whom he met casually, came over to his hotel room and unexpectedly turned violent. He claimed she forcefully engaged him in sexual activity against his will and afterward instructed him to go into the bathroom, clean up, and leave his own room.
“I was shocked and confused,” Nsude recounted. “She overpowered me, and after everything, she told me to clean up and go. It felt humiliating.”
The incident, which has now gone viral on social media, has sparked widespread debate about the possibility of men being victims of sexual assault. Many online users expressed disbelief, while others urged society to take male reports of sexual violence more seriously.
Some commenters noted that cases like Nsude’s are rarely reported or investigated due to stigma, cultural perceptions, and lack of legal awareness about sexual violence against men. Human rights advocates have since called for gender-neutral approaches to sexual assault laws and better access to counseling and justice for all victims, regardless of gender.
As discussions continue, Nsude’s story has opened a difficult yet necessary conversation about consent, trauma, and the hidden struggles of male victims in Nigeria.
