In solidarity with the affected driver, fellow truckers halted their vehicles, effectively blocking the busy thoroughfare. They demanded that the police replace the damaged tyre before they would move their trucks, leading to significant traffic congestion. 


DPO Intervenes to Restore Order


To de-escalate the situation, the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) reportedly purchased a new tyre for the truck driver, allowing traffic to resume. This act was seen as a necessary step to prevent further unrest and restore normalcy.
